Days 1–2: The Rhinos of Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Your 9-Day Kenya Safari begins with a drive north toward the foothills of Mount Kenya. Ol Pejeta is a trailblazer in conservation. Unlike national parks, this private conservancy allows for unique activities like night game drives and lion tracking.

Spend your two days here visiting Baraka the blind black rhino and the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary. The conservancy boasts one of the highest predator densities in Kenya, so keep your camera ready for lions and cheetahs lounging in the whistling thorn acacias.
Day 3: The Enchanted Forests of Aberdare

Next, we head into the cool, misty air of Aberdare National Park. This is a stark contrast to the open plains. Here, the “tree hotels” like The Ark are designed so the wildlife comes to you. Day 4: Lake Nakuru’s Birdlife and Rhinos
